SpaceGate main focus is on research and development of automated speech recognition application called TV Voice and services for blind and visually impaired. Currently TV Voice is in pre-launch stage of Voice portal for automated voice access to various information sources. The portal will assist blind people to retrieve information, which is available only in written form using natural dialogue via the phone. The first module of TV Voice portal will provide schedule of TV programs and shows formatted for VDS (video descriptive service).
