- All materials, produced by iDeveloperNetwork in the
course of order fulfillment, e.g. software, source code,
data structures, documentation, design options, etc.,
fully belong to a Customer.
- iDeveloperNetwork is under obligation not to use the
materials produced in the course of order fulfillment
for execution of orders of other clients.
- After project completion all materials are transferred
to a Customer, and after he/she confirms the successful
receipt, all electronic copies of this data will be purged.
- iDeveloperNetwork management is ready to consider additional
conditions pertinent to rights of ownership for produced
materials.
