Main instrument for Customer interaction during order
execution is e-mail. Also it is possible to make use of
telephone conversations, realtime Internet chat (ICQ,
etc). When necessary, it would be possible to organize
visits of iDeveloperNetwork specialists (managers) to
a Customer, and also arrange visits of Customer representatives
to Russia.
- Language of interaction.
All interactions with a client are carried out in English.
- Time of interaction.
Interaction between a Customer and iDeveloperNetwork takes
place from 7:00 AM GMT to 10:00 PM GMT (from 2:00 AM CST
to 5:00 PM CST); therefore it is possible to allocate
convenient interaction time slots both for USA and European
Customers. iDeveloperNetwork assures that any mail received
from Customers during this time slot will be processed
immediately.
- Project progress.
iDeveloperNetwork is ready to supply a Customer with any
data on the state of project fulfillment. Based on our
experience, we believe that the best means for such interaction
are regular reports, regular conferences, and output of
intermediate results.
- Regular reports.
iDeveloperNetwork is ready to supply a Customer with regular
reports (daily, once in 3 days, weekly, etc.) of any state
of detail during project execution.
- Regular conferences.
iDeveloperNetwork is ready to held regular realtime conferences
(weekly, monthly, etc.) with a Customer, in order to provide
detailed report on the state of order execution, and to
discuss with a Customer all project related questions.
- Intermediate output.
iDeveloperNetwork is ready to provide a Customer with
intermediate product versions (weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Other interaction means.
We always take into account all Customer wishes concerning
the ways of our interaction; therefore we shall construct
the interaction scheme most convenient for you.
