A Microsoft Outlook plugin that is used to
a.. find incoming messages of custom type automatically or manually
b.. allow user to enter comments for sent and received messages and to store these comments
c.. process confirmation messages concerning delivered messages
d.. store incoming messages of custom type automatically at the appropriate locations on a hard disk
